The Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania, as a member of the network of Associations and Clubs for UNESCO, supports the participation of the finalists of the "100 Youngsters for Romania's Development" campaign at the International Youth Festival "PLANET ART" 2025, organized under the aegis of UNESCO.
As a member of the international network of Associations and Clubs for UNESCO, the Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania contributes to strengthening a cultural and educational bridge between Romania and the global community of young artists, while promoting the universal values of peace, intercultural dialogue and sustainable development.
The International Youth Festival "Planet of Art", organised by the National Federation of Clubs for UNESCO of Kazakhstan, in collaboration with WFUCA (World Federation of Clubs and Associations for UNESCO), the National Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan for UNESCO and ICESCO, and the UNESCO Regional Office in Almaty, will take place in October 2025 in Almaty, Kazakhstan.The event brings together over 10,000 talented young people aged 12-18 from UNESCO Member States where the Clubs for UNESCO movement operates. The participants will compete in three main artistic categories: vocal and instrumental performance and choreography. The deadline for entries in the music section has been extended until May 31, 2025, offering an additional chance for young artists to become cultural ambassadors of their country.
The “100 Youngsters for Romania's Development” campaign, launched by the Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania, has identified young individuals with outstanding achievements in fields such as education, culture, science, and innovation. The participation of several finalists in “The Planet of Art” provides an exceptional platform for the international recognition of Romanian talent and for strengthening a global network of the new generation.
