FDVDR Summer School, a fascinating journey of education through play and applied methods

Școala de vară FDVDR

Școala de vară FDVDR este un program educațional care a ajuns deja la a treia ediție. Evenimentul este organizat de Fundația Dan Voiculescu pentru Dezvoltarea României, în perioada 10 iulie – 27 august, alături de profesori de top cu experiență.

Silvia Pătrașcu, profesor de limba japoneză și autor de cursuri online, a vorbit la TVR 1 despre cursurile de limbi străine pe care le susține în cadrul acestui program: scriere japoneză și strategii de învățare și asimilare.

Complementar programei școlare, proiectul vine întâmpinarea copiilor și tinerilor cu activități special concepute pentru a face educația prin joc și metode aplicative.

The FDVDR Summer School is a free educational program, takes place online and is aimed at children aged 8 to 16.

Copiii și tinerii care au ratat sesiunea de înscrieri în program, dar doresc să se alăture Școlii de vară FDVDR, sunt așteptați să transmită o solicitare pe adresa de email: [email protected].

Subject to availability of places, we offer you the opportunity to participate in the courses to be held within the programme, according to the schedule below.

SUMMER SCHOOL STARTED

Programul educațional Școala de Vară FDVDR ediția 2023

Week 1 (10 - 14 July) - Language courses

Children and young people will be able to participate in courses in English, German, Japanese writing, and teenagers will be able to learn strategies for learning and assimilating foreign languages.

Săptămâna 2 (17 – 21 iulie) – Științe și tehnologii ale viitorului

Interactive program of courses about photo-video editing, web design, web programming, AI (artificial intelligence) or cyber security.

Săptămâna 3  (24 – 28 iulie) – UNESCO

During National Heritage Week, children will be able to find out about unique customs and folk traditions, traditional music and dance, arts and crafts.

Week 4 (31 July - 4 August) - Reading and communication

Participants have the opportunity to learn about what fake news is, how to develop their public speaking and reading skills.

Week 5 (7 - 11 August) - Fun maths and physics

Children and young people who sign up will be able to take part in a super fun maths workshop, learn equally fun physics and discover the mysteries of logic and philosophy.

Week 6 (14 - 18 August) - Calligraphy and creative writing

Calligraphy and Creative Writing Week is where children can learn about digital writing on the graphics tablet as well as tips&tricks for neat writing.

Week 7 (21 - 25 August) - Leadership and financial education

During Leadership and Financial Education Week, children will be able to learn about personal development, financial education and entrepreneurship.
