December 1st celebrations at the "Veniamin Costachi" Theological Seminary in Neamț Monastery - an example of education and patriotism supported by the Dan Voiculescucu Foundation for the Development of Romania

At the Orthodox Theological Seminary "Veniamin Costachi" from Neamț Monastery, the celebration of December 1st was marked by a program that combined tradition, spirituality and respect for Romania's history. The institution is among those that this year enjoyed the support of the Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania.

The events took place in the "Mihai Eminescu" Hall, where students and teachers participated in an activity coordinated by teacher Cristina Grigore, aiming to deepen the historical significance of the National Day and to enhance creativity through art, poetry and music.

The program started with the singing of the National Anthem, a moment that gave solemnity to the whole celebration. This was followed by presentations by students about the stages of the Great Union, together with recitals of poems and patriotic songs performed with emotion and dignity.

A centerpiece of the event was the exhibition of artworks dedicated to the National Day. The students created compositions inspired by the country's symbols, historical personalities and Romanian traditions, demonstrating both artistic sensitivity and a mature understanding of the significance of this day.

The activity included moments of dialog and reflection. Students presented their work, explaining what they wanted to convey and their sources of inspiration.

Through these initiatives, the Theological Seminary "Veniamin Costachi" from Neamț Monastery continues to educate young people who are aware of Romania's spiritual and cultural heritage, and the Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania remains alongside the institutions that pass on, generation after generation, the value of national identity.

As a recognition of the students' involvement, all participants were awarded with books and educational materials provided by RAO Publishing House, a traditional partner of the Foundation. Through its titles, ranging from children's literature to general culture books, RAO constantly contributes to the formation of a generation that is curious, creative and connected to authentic values.
