The Scientific Senate of the Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania is participating in Bucharest Live Endoscopy Congress 2025, one of the most important medical events in Central and Eastern Europe, dedicated to modern diagnostic and treatment technologies in gastroenterology, from May 15-17.
At the congress, The Scientific Senate will present "the bread that makes us younger", a food innovation that proposes a new perspective on everyday nutrition. Developed by The Scientific Senate researchers, this functional bread has the potential to support cell health and help slow down ageing processes.
The innovation will be presented in front of more than 50 international experts from Japan, USA, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Spain, France, USA, Canada, Germany and Greece, gathered in Bucharest to discuss the most advanced solutions in the field of digestive endoscopy and personalized medicine.
In a medical event dedicated to the health of the digestive system, this bread proposes a complementary direction to interventional medicine: prevention through functional foods. With its content of flavonoids, natural antioxidant compounds, the product can help balance the microbiota, protect cells and support the body's vital functions.
Developed under The Scientific Senate's Inovaliment programme, the bread formula includes stabilized flavonoids so that it retains its effectiveness even after baking. This technological solution has been registered by the Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania" at the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (OSIM).
All participants at the Bucharest Live Endoscopy Congress 2025 will have the opportunity to taste the bread with anti-aging effects and discover the benefits of a product that, although it looks like an ordinary bread, offers a real support for health, being affordable and easy to integrate into the daily diet.
