Back to School at Destiny Park! We’re kicking off the school year with a gift for you

The Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania, together with its educational partner Destiny Park, is launching the new school year with an experience dedicated to children, offering free invitations for September 1st, starting at 10:00 AM.

The “Back to School” initiative is aimed at children aged 3 to 14, inviting them to start September not with homework, but with an educational adventure where they can discover—through play—what they enjoy and what they might become in the future.

At Destiny Park – Romania’s first edutainment park and the largest in Eastern Europe, located in the Băneasa area of Bucharest – children have the chance to step into the adult world for a few hours. They can become doctors, pilots, firefighters, journalists, TV presenters, police officers, artists, scientists, or entrepreneurs, exploring dozens of professions through role-playing and interactive experiences.

In this way, the classic question “What do you want to be when you grow up?” transforms into a real-life journey of discovery. Children can test, experiment, and learn in an environment built around curiosity and education through play.

To enter the draw for one of the free invitations, parents must fil in the registration form by August 31, 2026. Selected participants will gain access to the event taking place on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at Destiny Park (Bucharest, Sector 1, Calea Ion nr. Zăvoi 8B).

Through this initiative, the Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania and Destiny Park continue to create opportunities where education becomes an experience, and children are encouraged to discover their passions, skills, and potential.

Back to School? First, let’s discover what we want to become!
