INOVALIMENT 2022 Scientific Conferences

Food is constantly changing. More and more people are concerned about what they eat, and according to a United Nations report, the world's population will reach 9.7 billion in 2050, making us wonder whether or not we will have enough food in the future. With this in mind, food science research is becoming an extremely dynamic field and researchers are having to find solutions to meet these challenges.

To support this, the Scientific Senate of the Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania has undertaken, through its programme, Inovaliment, to identify viable solutions for the food of the future. As part of this programme, the Scientific Senate is organising this year the 3rd edition of the International Fair of Inventions and Innovations in the Food Sector, "INOVALIMENT”.
