The Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania has launched the "FDVDR Academy" - a volunteering program dedicated to students from IX-XII grades and students who want to get involved in thinking, creating and promoting national impact projects.

The "FDVDR Academy" is not a traditional volunteering program, but an applied training framework in which participants collaborate with professionals and contribute directly to initiatives in the fields of education, research and public communication. The program offers guided practice, clear responsibilities, constant feedback and a progression path - from operational involvement to coordination roles in mini-projects.

What exactly are you going to do?

Depending on your profile and project needs, you can get involved in:

  • organizing events;
  • communication & social media;
  • project management;
  • documentation and support for educational/research projects;
  • fundraising & partnerships.

The process is simple and structured: you apply, get selected for a suitable role, go through a thorough onboarding (tools, working methodology, operational rules) and get directly involved in the activity.

At the end, you'll receive your volunteering diploma (and internship certificate, if needed), but more importantly, you'll leave with concrete experience, measurable results and the real opportunity to continue in an internship or collaboration program, depending on performance.
