At the RO.ALIMENT SHOW 2024, Dr. Eng. Bogdan Păcularu-Burada, a fellow of the Scientific Senate of the Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania, will present the preliminary findings of his study for the first time to representatives of the food industry. The title of the presentation is "Anti-ageing effects of flavonoids from plant extracts".
This pioneering research investigates the remarkable potential of flavonoids in not only combating the processes of ageing but also in promoting longevity.
