PRESS RELEASE
Intercultural collaboration. Three young people from the USA, Malaysia and Turkey will volunteer with FDVDR this summer
The Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania, in partnership with the student association AISEC Romania, is organising one of the most relevant personal international volunteering experiences.
The project, now at its second edition, aims to promote performance at the highest level, continuously investing in the education and training of young generations. Thus, three young people from the USA, Malaysia and Turkey will be, for a period of time, responsible for the development of FDVDR's cultural and educational projects by sharing their own experience gained so far.
The internship programme will offer the opportunity to develop new workshop projects through which young people from Romania will learn from the experience of international volunteers through games and applied methods. On the other hand, it is a great opportunity to share UNESCO values and ideals with these young volunteers.
The Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania believes that the exchange of experience and the interaction of cultures from different countries is the solution for common progress.
Our partner, AIESEC Romania is an international student organisation, present in 110 countries, made up of students and graduates who want to develop leadership, management, teamwork and international experience.
