Premiere in Romanian university medicine: the Gala of the Bucharest Medical Students' Society. The Scientific Senate of Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania, an important partner of the event

The Scientific Senate of the Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania had the honour to be this year's partner of the Medical Students' Society Gala in Bucharest, the first event of its kind organized in Romania by medical students.

The most scientifically active student received an award in the scientific activity category, which is how the Scientific Senate of the Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania supports performance in this field so important for each of us. The Scientific Senate of the FDVDR supports the work of the Society of Medical Students in Bucharest, the SSMB Gala is part of a wider partnership that includes among others a competition in the field of longevity research, but also a competition of research projects in medicine.

The event was attended by some of Romania's most renowned doctors and professors of the Carol Davila University of Medicine. The most active students and collaborators of the Medical Students Society of Bucharest were awarded.

The Society of Medical Students brings together more than 3000 members, students from different year groups. More than 600 students are involved in various medical projects within the Medical Students Society of Bucharest.
