{"id":16224,"date":"2011-11-02T10:36:00","date_gmt":"2011-11-02T08:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundatiadanvoiculescu.ro\/?p=16224"},"modified":"2011-11-02T10:36:00","modified_gmt":"2011-11-02T08:36:00","slug":"factorii-insuccesului-scolar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fundatiadanvoiculescu.ro\/en\/factorii-insuccesului-scolar\/","title":{"rendered":"Factorii insuccesului \u015fcolar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/fundatiadanvoiculescu.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2011\/11\/insucces-scolar-pg.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-16225\" title=\"insucces scolar pg\" src=\"https:\/\/fundatiadanvoiculescu.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2011\/11\/insucces-scolar-pg.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"268\" \/><\/a>Literatura de specialitate vorbe\u015fte despre trei categorii de <strong>factori<\/strong> ai insucceselor \u015fcolare: factori care \u0163in de elev (caracteristici anatomio-fiziologice \u015fi psihologice), factori care \u0163in de \u015fcoal\u0103 \u015fi de condi\u0163iile pedagogice \u015fi factori care \u0163in de familie \u015fi de mediul sociocultural \u00een general.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu putem vorbi de un factor decisiv al insuccesului \u015fcolar, de\u015fi exist\u0103 autori care privilegiaz\u0103 un factor \u00een raport cu ceilal\u0163i. Astfel, uneori au fost puse pe primul plan cauzele \u201edispozi\u0163ionale&#8221;, deci factorii care \u0163in de individ, mai ales cei de origine congenital\u0103, alteori hot\u0103r\u00e2tori au fost considera\u0163i factorii de mediu. \u00cen al doilea r\u00e2nd, nu trebuie uitat c\u0103 fiecare caz de insucces \u015fcolar este unic, cu particularit\u0103\u0163i proprii, \u015fi poate proveni din combina\u0163ii inedite de factori, uneori imposibil de prev\u0103zut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Factorii individuali ai insuccesului \u015fcolar<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inteligen\u0163a este doar unul dintre factorii individuali ce determin\u0103 succesul sau insuccesul elevului la \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103tur\u0103. Ea poate deveni factorul fundamental \u00een cazurile de deficien\u0163\u0103 mental\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Primul pas \u00een diagnosticarea \u015fi analiza unui insucces \u015fcolar trebuie s\u0103 fie nem\u0103surarea inteligen\u0163ei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O discu\u0163ie aparte o necesit\u0103 copiii cu inteligen\u0163\u0103 de limit\u0103, \u00eentruc\u00e2t integrarea lor \u015fcolar\u0103 este posibil\u0103 cu condi\u0163ia diferen\u0163ierii \u015fi individualiz\u0103rii curriculumului.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In ultimele dou\u0103-trei decenii s-a conturat un nou concept al poten\u0163ialului intelec\u00adtual, concretizat \u00een no\u0163iunea de <em>poten\u0163ial de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are. <\/em>Metodele folosite \u00een evaluarea poten\u0163ialului de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are sunt <em>metode formativ&#8211;dinamice, <\/em>care permit ob\u0163inerea unei radiografii a proceselor implicate \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u0163area cognitiv\u0103 \u015fi delimitarea factorilor care stau la baza insuccesului \u015fcolar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Evaluarea formativ-dinamic\u0103 reconsider\u0103 rela\u0163ia inteligen\u0163\u0103-\u00eenv\u0103\u0163are, m\u0103sur\u00e2nd inteligen\u0163a prin profitul cognitiv ce se ob\u0163ine \u00een urma unei situa\u0163ii de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are.Se vorbe\u015fte ast\u0103zi tot mai mult despre <em>educabilitatea cognitiv\u0103, <\/em>care vizeaz\u0103 \u00een principal ameliorarea eficien\u0163ei intelectuale prin elaborarea unor metode de recu\u00adperare centrate pe individ, respectiv pe tipul de deficien\u0163\u0103 constatat \u00een prelucrarea la nivel mintal a informa\u0163iilor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen multe cazuri, insuccesele \u015fcolare ale elevilor nu sunt determinate de insuficien\u0163e intelectuale, ci de al\u0163i factori cu caracter individual, \u015fi anume: factori de ordin somato-fiziologic (dezvoltarea fizic\u0103, starea de s\u0103n\u0103tate \u015fi echilibrul fiziologic), factori afectiv-motiva\u0163ionali \u015fi de personalitate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dificult\u0103\u0163ile de ordin fiziologic pot avea o influen\u0163\u0103 <em>direct\u0103 <\/em>sau una <em>indirect\u0103 <\/em>asupra activit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fcolare. Influen\u0163a direct\u0103 se exprim\u0103 prin cre\u015fterea gradului de oboseal\u0103, prin reducerea capacit\u0103\u0163ii de mobilizare \u015fi de concentrare. Influen\u0163a indirect\u0103 presupune interven\u0163ia unor factori de atitudine din partea p\u0103rin\u0163ilor \u015fi a copilului ca reac\u0163ie la aceste dificult\u0103\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lega\u0163i cumva de factorii somato-fiziologici, dar \u015fi de tr\u0103s\u0103turile de personalitate sunt factorii energetici \u015fi mecanismele de reglare, care se exprim\u0103 \u00een puterea de munc\u0103, rezisten\u0163a la efort, ritmul \u015fi eficien\u0163a activit\u0103\u0163ii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To\u0163i ace\u015fti factori individuali condi\u0163ioneaz\u0103, \u00eentr-o m\u0103sur\u0103 sau alta, rezultatele la \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103tur\u0103 ale elevului. Ei ac\u0163ioneaz\u0103 separat sau \u00een combina\u0163ii specifice, fiecare dintre ei put\u00e2nd \u00eendeplini rolul de cauz\u0103 principal\u0103 ori secundar\u0103, direct\u0103 sau indirect\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Factorii familiali ai <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>insuccesului \u015fcolar<\/em><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen ultimii ani, cercetarea cauzelor insuccesului \u015fcolar s-a orientat mai mult c\u0103tre mediul de provenien\u0163\u0103 al copilului (familie, mediul comunitar restr\u00e2ns), pe consi\u00adderentul c\u0103 un mediu defavorizant nu poate s\u0103 asigure referin\u0163ele culturale minime necesare pentru a valorifica eficient oferta \u015fcolar\u0103 existent\u0103. Aceast\u0103 abordare este cunoscut\u0103 sub numele de <em>teoria handicapului sociocultural, <\/em>care sus\u0163ine c\u0103 inegalit\u0103\u0163ile socioculturale reprezint\u0103 cauza major\u0103 a diferen\u0163ierii traiectoriilor \u015fcolare. \u015ecoala nu face dec\u00e2t s\u0103 reproduc\u0103 inegalit\u0103\u0163ile sociale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen primul r\u00e2nd, s\u0103r\u0103cia face ca multe familii (\u00eendeosebi din mediul rural) s\u0103 nu poat\u0103 suporta cheltuielile de \u015fcolarizare ale copilului (rechizite, \u00eembr\u0103c\u0103minte, transport), \u015fi atunci ele recurg la \u00eentreruperea \u015fcolarit\u0103\u0163ii. Nu mai este un secret pentru nimeni c\u0103, \u00een ultimii ani, se \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 o rat\u0103 ridicat\u0103 a abandonului \u015fcolar, cauzat\u0103 de situa\u0163ia economic\u0103 a familiei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen al doilea r\u00e2nd, sunt situa\u0163ii \u00een care familiile fac mari eforturi financiare \u015fi sacrificii pentru a-\u015fi trimite copiii la \u015fcoal\u0103, dar lipsurile pe care trebuie s\u0103 le suporte se transform\u0103 adesea \u00een conflicte intrafamiliale, \u00een rela\u0163ii tensionate, \u00een acumularea de c\u0103tre elev a unor frustr\u0103ri legate de s\u0103r\u0103cia familiei sale, toate acestea influen\u0163\u00e2nd negativ calitatea presta\u0163iei lui \u015fcolare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Limbajul are un rol important \u00een \u00eensu\u015firea culturii \u015fcolare \u015fi, de aceea, reu\u015fita \u015fcolar\u0103 este puternic dependent\u0103 de performan\u0163ele lingvistice ale copilului.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atitudinile \u015fi performan\u0163ele \u015fcolare ale elevilor sunt influen\u0163ate \u015fi de <em>stilurile educative familiale. <\/em>Stilul educativ al familiei desemneaz\u0103 natura \u015fi caracteristicile raporturilor familiale \u00een cadrul c\u0103rora se realizeaz\u0103 procesul educativ. \u00cen literatura sociologic\u0103 sunt identificate mai multe modele de ac\u0163iune parental\u0103, care se organi\u00adzeaz\u0103 \u00een jurul urm\u0103toarelor axe : restric\u0163ie-toleran\u0163\u0103, angajament-deta\u015fare, dependen\u0163\u0103&#8211;autonomie, respingere-acceptare. Combin\u00e2nd dou\u0103 variabile, <em>control parental <\/em>&#8211; <em>suport parental, <\/em>Diana Baumrind identific\u0103 trei stiluri educative parentale: <em>permisiv, autoritar <\/em>\u015fi <em>\u201eautorizat&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cel mai eficient din punctul de vedere al reu\u015fitei \u015fcolare a copilului este stilul autorizat, deci pentru o combina\u0163ie nuan\u0163at\u0103 \u015fi flexibil\u0103 \u00eentre afec\u0163iune \u015fi sus\u0163inerea parental\u0103 (\u00eencuraj\u0103ri, sfaturi, recompense) a activit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fcolare \u015fi controlul acestei activit\u0103\u0163i, formularea unor norme clare \u015fi ferme de conduit\u0103 \u00een interiorul \u015fi \u00een afara familiei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen aceea\u015fi arie de influen\u0163e se \u00eenscriu \u015fi <em>climatul educativ familial, <\/em>respectiv <em>tipul de educa\u0163ie familial\u0103. <\/em>\u00cen familiile elevilor slabi, mamele nu au suficient\u0103 autoritate, sunt prea permisive \u015fi dau dovad\u0103 de sl\u0103biciune, sunt anxioase \u015fi superprotectoare, \u00een timp ce ta\u0163ii sunt irascibili \u015fi prea rigizi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cercet\u00e2nd factorii materni (de comportament, atitudinali \u015fi de personalitate) care favorizeaz\u0103 adaptarea \u015fi reu\u015fita \u015fcolar\u0103 a elevului, J.P. Pourtois \u015fi H. Desmet \u00a0identific\u0103 urm\u0103toarele caracteristici ale stilului educa\u0163ional al mamei:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>formuleaz\u0103 exigen\u0163e care \u0163in seama de capacit\u0103\u0163ile copilului;<\/li>\n<li>recurge la conduite ce faciliteaz\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u0163area atunci c\u00e2nd copilul \u00eent\u00e2mpin\u0103 dificult\u0103\u0163i;<\/li>\n<li>exprim\u0103 pu\u0163ine sentimente de anxietate;<\/li>\n<li>stimuleaz\u0103 g\u00e2ndirea copilului;<\/li>\n<li>ofer\u0103 \u00eent\u0103riri pozitive;<\/li>\n<li>arat\u0103 pu\u0163ine st\u0103ri negative fa\u0163\u0103 de copil;<\/li>\n<li>atribuie o semnifica\u0163ie precis\u0103 r\u0103spunsurilor copilului;<\/li>\n<li>manifest\u0103 stim\u0103 fa\u0163\u0103 de copil;<\/li>\n<li>exprim\u0103 mai u\u015for o stare dezagreabil\u0103 ce rezult\u0103 din activitate;<\/li>\n<li>pretinde \u015fi ofer\u0103 justific\u0103ri, explica\u0163ii pentru r\u0103spunsurile copilului;<\/li>\n<li>las\u0103 copilului ini\u0163iativa \u00een timpul activit\u0103\u0163ilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are ;<\/li>\n<li>furnizeaz\u0103 acestuia standarde de performan\u0163\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>utilizeaz\u0103 feed-back-uri corective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, trebuie avut \u00een vedere \u015fi tipul de familie \u00een care elevul este crescut \u015fi educat: familie conjugal\u0103 , familie monoparental\u0103 , familie reconstituit\u0103, familie adoptiv\u0103 .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sunt pu\u0163ine situa\u0163ii \u00een care un singur factor este responsabil de e\u015fecul \u015fcolar al elevilor \u015fi c\u0103, de obicei, elevii slabi \u201ebeneficiaz\u0103&#8221; de un cumul de condi\u0163ii<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Factorii de ordin \u015fcolar ai insuccesului<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Literatura consacrat\u0103 acestei teme men\u0163ioneaz\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 privin\u0163\u0103 at\u00e2t unele caracteristici generale ale \u015fcolii, precum nivelul cheltu\u00adielilor \u015fcolare, calitatea echipamentelor, a programelor, c\u00e2t \u015fi aspecte mai specifice, referitoare la organizarea procesului de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, preg\u0103tirea psihopedagogic\u0103 a profesorului, stilul educa\u0163ional, tr\u0103s\u0103turile de personalitate ale profesorului, rela\u0163iile profesor-elev, rela\u0163iile \u015fcolii cu familia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen mod inevitabil, succesul sau insuccesul \u015fcolar furnizeaz\u0103 informa\u0163ii \u015fi despre calitatea ac\u0163iunii pedagogice \u015fi personalitatea profesorului.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O alt\u0103 variabil\u0103 a procesului educa\u0163ional aflat\u0103 \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu succesul sau insuccesul \u015fcolar al elevilor se concretizeaz\u0103 \u00een <em>metodele de predare-\u00eenv\u0103\u0163are. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Activizarea presupune angajarea efectiv\u0103 a poten\u0163ia\u00adlului \u015fi a \u00eentregii energii spirituale de care dispune elevul pentru \u00eendeplinirea sarcinilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are. Utilizarea metodelor care favorizeaz\u0103 o \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are activ\u0103, precum problematizarea, \u00eenv\u0103\u0163area prin descoperire, studiul de caz, jocul de rol, dezbaterea, brainstorming-ul, determin\u0103 de fapt schimbarea locului elevului \u00een activitatea \u015fcolar\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Centrarea activit\u0103\u0163ii de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are pe elev, realizat\u0103 prin metode active, presupune ca elevul s\u0103 devin\u0103 un constructor activ al structurilor lui intelectuale : elevul ia ini\u0163iative, ac\u0163ioneaz\u0103 pentru a descoperi, ia atitudine \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu cele comunicate, \u00ee\u015fi afirm\u0103 ideile proprii, \u00ee\u015fi satisface propriile interese, curiozi\u00adt\u0103\u0163i, pasiuni. Schimbarea rolului elevului antreneaz\u0103 \u015fi schimbarea, locului \u015fi rolului profesorului \u00een procesul de instruire. Acesta de\u0163ine \u00een continuare pozi\u0163ia-cheie, \u00een sensul c\u0103 ini\u0163iaz\u0103 \u015fi monitorizeaz\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u0163area, dar \u00een centrul preocup\u0103rilor se afl\u0103 elevul, ca principal beneficiar al acestor activit\u0103\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em> Rigiditatea metodelor de predare-\u00eenv\u0103\u0163are, accentul pus pe memorare \u015fi reproducere, precum \u015fi activit\u0103\u0163ile de tip exclusiv frontal <\/em>genereaz\u0103 probleme de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are multor elevi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diferen\u0163ierea \u015fi individualizarea instruirii se pot realiza numai printr-o bun\u0103 cunoa\u015ftere a elevilor \u015fi a motivelor profunde ale dificult\u0103\u0163ilor \u00eent\u00e2mpinate de ace\u015ftia. \u00een multe situa\u0163ii, insuccesele \u015fcolare nu \u0163in de dificult\u0103\u0163ile de \u00een\u0163elegere ori de ritmul prea lent de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are, ci de <em>lipsa de informa\u0163ii a profesorului referitoare la tr\u0103s\u0103turile <\/em><em>de personalitate ale elevului, la problemele lui de s\u0103n\u0103tate ori la coordonatele mediului s\u0103u familial.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toate aceste date indic\u0103 faptul c\u0103 profesorul r\u0103m\u00e2ne un factor important \u00een determinarea rezultatelor \u015fcolare ale elevului. Ceea ce conteaz\u0103 \u00een abordarea situa\u0163ii\u00adlor de insucces \u015fcolar nu este at\u00e2t preg\u0103tirea lui de specialitate, c\u00e2t, mai ales, <em>preg\u0103tirea lui psihopedagogic\u0103.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O bun\u0103 preg\u0103tire teoretic\u0103 \u00een acest domeniu \u00eel ajut\u0103 pe profesor s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103 mult mai u\u015for solu\u0163ia potrivit\u0103 pentru situa\u0163iile particulare cu care se confrunt\u0103, s\u0103 ac\u0163ioneze \u00een cuno\u015ftin\u0163\u0103 de cauz\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 dovedeasc\u0103 mai mult\u0103 flexibilitate \u00een abordarea contextelor educa\u0163ionale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen aceea\u015fi categorie a factorilor care \u0163in de profesor se afl\u0103 \u015fi <em>caracteristicile rela\u0163iilor profesor-elev.<\/em> E. P\u0103un \u00eel citeaz\u0103 pe T. Parsons pentru a ar\u0103ta c\u0103, \u00een privin\u0163a rela\u0163iilor cu elevii, profesorul se afl\u0103 deseori \u00een fa\u0163a urm\u0103toarelor dileme:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>a \u00eentemeia aceste rela\u0163ii pe afec\u0163iune sau pe indiferen\u0163\u0103 (dilema afec\u0163iune-neutralitate afectiv\u0103);<\/li>\n<li>a limita rela\u0163iile la transmiterea cuno\u015ftin\u0163elor sau a le extinde asupra personalit\u0103\u0163ii \u00a0\u00a0complexe a elevului (dilema specificitate-complexitate);<\/li>\n<li>a judeca elevul dup\u0103 criterii generale, precum rezultatele \u015fcolare, sau \u00een func\u0163ie de calit\u0103\u0163ile unice, individuale ale acestuia (dilema universalism-particularism);<\/li>\n<li>a satisface propriile interese sau interesele elevilor (dilema orientare interioar\u0103-orientare spre colectiv).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, <em>modul \u00een care profesorul realizeaz\u0103 evaluarea, <\/em>distribuind recompensele \u015fi pedepsele, poate favoriza apari\u0163ia insucceselor \u015fcolare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Evaluarea \u00een manier\u0103 competitiv\u0103, prin operarea permanent\u0103 cu ierarhii, poate fi benefic\u0103 doar pentru o minoritate a elevilor, \u015fi chiar \u015fi \u00een cazul acestora, doar \u00een anumite condi\u0163ii. Pentru elevul cu dificult\u0103\u0163i \u015fcolare trebuie practi\u00adcat\u0103 o evaluare de progres, care s\u0103-1 angajeze \u00een competi\u0163ia cu sine \u00eensu\u015fi.
