On June 3rd 2007, from 10:00 to 12:00, the first edition of the Talent Fair took place at the Children's Palace in Bucharest. The aim of the event was to identify all talented children, aged between 3 and 14, from all fields, in order to form the Club of Excellence of the Dan Voiculescu Foundation. "We want to build integrated programmes for the development of skills through courses, information and counselling sessions, preparation for participation in national and international competitions and Olympiads, participation in scholarships and exchanges of experience in EU countries, extracurricular camps," said Sanda Paduraru, Director General of the Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania.
At the show, the following artists performed: ETNIC, ALEGRETTO, MELORITM, BIM BAM, ROMANAȘUL and JENI ALOMAN FASHION SHOW.
The event was organized by: Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania, together with the Children's Palace, Kindergartens and General Schools in Bucharest.
