Third grade students from Ferdinand I Secondary School in Bucharest, along with thousands of their peers from all over the country, have already participated in the test session of the national interdisciplinary competition "Aristotle". Carefully guided by their teacher Mircea Răzvan Ionuț Berindei, the children spent 40 minutes solving questions prepared by educational experts.
With enthusiasm and motivation, the children shared their thoughts and emotions.
"I would say that everything I've learned and paying attention in class is all I need. And I'm also relaxing beforehand," said one of the students, emphasising his confidence in his training.
Another student mentioned the innovative nature of the "Aristotle" competition, pointing out that it is "more up-to-date, given that testing is done on tablets.”
The creativity of the test was appreciated by another student:"I think it's very creative because it has a lot of tests and I think it's going to be good, I'll get a high score.”
Of course, there was no lack of emotions, but they were met with a lot of courage: "I'm nervous as in any competition, but I hope to get the maximum score. I'm starting with the best of intentions. I still go to competitions and to school I try to be as attentive as I can.”
The "Aristotle" contest is conducted online, and registrations are made by teachers or parents, by filling out the form on fundatiadanvoiculescu.ro. Each teacher can enter a minimum of 10 students in the competition. Registration for the national competition closes on Friday 7 June.
