Iustin Mihai Răducanu, a talented young man with a fierce passion for ballet, has made his way to ballet with grace and dedication. He discovered ballet two years ago, and in this short time has shown outstanding performances. This propelled him into the "100 Youngsters for Romania's Development" project.
Just a few years ago, Iustin Mihai discovered his calling to ballet, enchanted by the elegance and expressiveness of this artistic genre. Despite his modest beginnings, his boundless dedication and undeniable talent quickly propelled him into the spotlight. He is currently a student at the "Floria Capsali" high school in Bucharest, as well as a student at the Children and Youth Ballet Studio of the National Opera in Bucharest.
As he perfected his techniques and enriched his scenic expressiveness, Iustin Mihai became a remarkable presence on national and international stages. With every step and movement, he has managed to transcend cultural boundaries and touch the hearts of audiences around the world.
At national competitions, the young ballet dancer only obtained first place, and in 2023 he participated in numerous international competitions, qualifying on the first positions. In May he participated in the "Attilas Akilas Silvester" International Ballet Competition for Young Talent in Canada where he won third place. A month later, he won over the audience in Sofia, Bulgaria, at the "Dance Grand Prix" competition, obtaining 1st place. In the same month he also participated in the Bucharest Dance Festival where he placed 1st and obtained three scholarships. In July she participates in the "Novi Sad" competition in Serbia and obtains 2nd place and 3 scholarships. Iustin Mihai made history at one of the most prestigious dance competitions in the world: Dance Star World Dance Master, which took place in the city of Porec in Croatia, obtaining 5/16th place in the world. In December he qualified 2nd place at the Youth America Grand Prix in Barcelona. Thanks to his proven performances, he was awarded the John Cranko School of the Stuttgart Ballet Germany Scholarship and a scholarship to the YAGP Nervi Festival 2024.
The outstanding prizes won by Iustin Mihai are eloquent testimony to his artistic excellence. Each trophy is a well-deserved reward for his endless hours of hard work and unwavering dedication to the art of dance.
Iustin Mihai is not only an accomplished dancer, but also an inspiring role model for young people throughout Romania. Through his determination and courage, he shows that dreams can come true, even in a short time, and that there are no limits for those determined to follow their passion.

The catalogue of Romanian excellence will include international Olympians, winners of various international and national competitions (gold, silver and bronze medals). The campaign will showcase inspirational role models, proudly illustrating the diversity of talent across the country. Each story will be living proof that Romania is a place where dreams can come true and where perseverance and talent can open doors to a bright future.
