The Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania has announced the winner of the "Facebook Challenge" contest, held on the occasion of International Book Day. The winner is Maria Daniela Buliga, who also involved her daughter Alexandra.
The jury expressed appreciation for the book read by both mother and daughter, David Walliams's "The Billionaire Boy," and the narrative behind it. This is my daughter Alexandra's most cherished book. I will now quote her directly: The appeal of this book lies in the depiction of Joe, a wealthy child, who yearns to be a simple, ordinary boy with genuine companions. A valuable real-life lesson. Concurrently, Maria Daniela Buliga requested that Mihaela Ilie share Carla's preferred reading material, thereby upholding the established contest regulations.
The winner will receive a set of encyclopaedias from RAO Publishing:
„Corpul omenesc”
„Universul”
„Apa – bătălia pentru viață”
„Clima”
„Viața și ecologia”
